We are particularly skilled in processing rental applications of people relocating from Interstate or Overseas.

By maintaining contact with our tenants during their tenancy we are able to keep in touch with their situation and ensure that they are looking after the property. Our experience has shown that this results in happier tenants who are more inclined to respect the terms of the Agreement and treat the property as their own.

Our tenants are always provided with property and locality specific information which helps them settle in easily. A thorough run down of tenant obligations with regards to maintenance, repairs, damage, emergencies, rent payment and inspections ensures that there is no room for any mis-understanding later on. We also specify in extreme detail the level of cleanliness expected at the end of the tenancy.

In the event of an after-hours maintenance emergency please dial the designated mobile number otherwise just email us the details of any general maintenance matter and we will attend to it at the earliest.
