Tenant Maintenance Request Form

Tenants, if you would like to report a maintenance matter please do so through the tenant portal.

All repairs and maintenance must be submitted in writing as soon as you notice a repairs or maintenance matter. Maintenance requested are processed during office hours.  Once we have received your request we will notify the Landlord and a Property Manager or the appointed Tradesperson will contact you at the earliest opportunity. Please be aware that Repairs and Maintenance requires Landlord approval and the Agency cannot guarantee when and if at all the maintenance will be carried out.

Please Note: If the repairs needed are for an appliance, please advise whether it is gas or electric and where possible the make and model number.

I am aware that any maintenance caused by accidental or deliberate misuse of the property is solely my responsibility and I must rectify these at my cost. * The Landlord is not obliged to approve any maintenance issue, unless maintenance is deemed as 'urgent' under the terms of the Residential Tenancies Act or to keep the premises in reasonable repair, considering the age of, the amount of rent paid for and the prospective life of the premises.
